GUARANTEES
All artwork commissioned from me is and will be 100% my own original hand-drawn work, not plagiarised, traced, AI generated, or otherwise unoriginal or stolen.
Commissions will be completed in less than 2 months unless stated otherwise. Average turnaround time is less than 1 week.
If I am unexpectedly unable to finish a commission, progress on the commission will cease and a full refund will be offered.PRIVACY
If you wish for art you commission from me to remain private (not posted anywhere, on social media or otherwise), there will be a +100% base price privacy fee. Please let me know upfront if you'd like to request this.
OTHERWISE, I reserve the right to use any art I create in my personal portfolio(s), e.g posting on social media, as examples of my work to show to potential employers and clients. If you wish to be anonymous/unnamed in social media posts, please let me know upfront.REFUND POLICY
Full refund may be given on request only prior to initial sketch completion.
Partial refund equal to the cost of unfinished work may be requested at any time.
No refunds will be given after commission completion.
If a refund is requested and given, the commission will cease immediately and no further work will be done.PAYMENT PLANS
Full payment must be given upfront before I begin working on a commission, unless agreed otherwise.
Payment plans may be available on request for high price commission options ($100+ USD or equivalent). Please let me know upfront if you would like to request a payment plan so terms may be discussed prior to the invoice being sent. A minimum payment of 25% must be sent after I accept a request and before I start working. Payment plan terms and duration will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.COMMUNICATION
Please be available for communication at least once a week. If I don't receive a response from you for over a week, your commission will be put on hold until you are able to reply.
If a deadline was agreed to for your commission, and you are unable to approve WIPs or the final artwork prior to the deadline, you waive the right to revisions and your commission will be completed on time.
In the case of no deadline, if you are unable to reply for over a month, you waive the right to revisions and your commission will be completed.
Work in progress (WIP) pictures will be sent at each stage (sketch, lineart, colour, etc.) of the commission, and after revisions.REVISIONS
Opportunities to request changes will be given whenever WIPs are sent. If you wish to request large changes, please do so as early into the process as possible. You may only request changes to the current phase, i.e. the work that has been completed since the previous WIP was approved. I will not make changes to the lineart after it has been approved and colouring began, for example.
If you would like edits made to the final artwork, either by myself or another artist, you must contact me for permission first.

I will draw:
- Furries of any species (both anthro and feral)
- Original characters
- Fanart
- Pokemon / Fakemon
- Ponies
- Monsters/Body horror (if I deem their anatomy within my capabilities)
- Armour / Mecha (may incur a complexity fee)
- Ship / Selfship / Yumeship / OC x canon, OC x OC, canon x canonI will not draw:
- Currently not accepting commissions of humanoid characters!
- Hateful depictions of people, hate speech in general (including anything which supports fascism, racism, sexism, homo/transphobia, ableism and so on)
- NSFW of characters who are or appear to be underage
- NSFW of animals, furries (anthro and feral), or which sexualizes animal features
- Fetish art, including "non-sexual" fetishes
- Anything that makes me uncomfortable.If you are unsure whether I will draw something or not please feel free to ask me about it!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Please only request your own characters and/or characters you have provable permission from the owner to use.
I retain full rights to share my artwork publicly and privately, unless an agreement has been made otherwise, e.g. a privacy fee was paid, a commercial rights agreement or NDA was agreed to.
You are allowed to repost art I have made for you with credit clearly visible (including profile pictures, banners, pagedolls, social media posts, etc.). If you are reposting my work on social media, please tag me there or link to my VGen for credit. You are not allowed to credit my work to anyone that isn't me.CHARACTER DESIGN RIGHTS
In the case of custom design commissions, I retain the right to share my artwork, but the rights to the character design created will belong solely to you, including the right to use the character's design commercially.
My original artwork of the character design must not be used commercially unless we have come to a prior agreement.
You must credit me for the creation of the design if it is used commercially or posted on a character storage / sharing website (e.g. Toyhou.se). You do not have to credit me for the design when posting art containing them for non-commercial purposes.AI / NFT POLICY
You must not, under any circumstances, use my artwork in or to promote projects involving generative AI or NFTs.
You must not use my artwork as training data for AI models.
You must not mint or sell my artwork as an NFT.OTHER POLICIES
- Do not use my art to promote hate speech, bigotry, hateful symbols, extremist views, etc. If you wish to commission me to promote a political agenda, you must be upfront, and I reserve the right to refuse commissions that are political in nature.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.My terms of service is subject to change.
